Awesome!!! What a great addition to Sioux Falls. Great celiac protocols and the sandwich was great! Love that the bun was soft and didn’t fall apart and the eggs are made to order and not premade. Will definitely return the next time we are in town!
The thing about egg on a roll is I had probably the breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I went in there with middling expectations just trying a new place out. I didn't realize this place made more than just food. They make like really good food. And they did it less than 5 minutes.
I love breakfast and breakfast sandwiches! That being said this takes it to a new level. I started with a classic (sausage) with no alterations. The bun, egg, sauce and meat were all on point! I want another!!! However it was also very filling. Will be back to explore more options soon!
